The possibility of a summer cleanup for Geary County drew discussion at a joint city, county USD 475 meeting this week. Junction City Manager Kim Zimmerman provided details noting it could be done in the August - September time frame.
Some Items in garages and yards could be removed. The idea is to clean up the town.
In the future there could be one or two of these activities per year. The idea is in the planning stage now.
