Jay Marcotte, age 59, died December 14, 2020.&nbsp; He was born to Alfred and Maxine (Rasmussen) Marcotte on October 16, 1961 in Manhattan, KS. Jay was a 1979 graduate of Clay Center Community High School and attended a couple years of Vo-Tech School in Salina, KS. He worked as a millwright for Cromwell in Salina before moving back to Morganville, where he worked as a machinist for Mellies Products in Morganville, KS as well as for American Sealants in Clay Center. He is preceded in death by his parents.
