RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a suspect for an alleged sex crime.
Just after 2:30p.m. Thursday, police arrested Chad Len Mouton Jr., 21, of Manhattan, on a requested charge of rape; sexual intercourse without consent and use of force, according to the Riley County Police Department
A 21-year-old woman was listed as the victim in a report originally filed in November 2025 involving a known suspect. Mouton is being held $150,000 bond.
