Kassidy Jahnke, daughter&nbsp;of Eric and Kristel Jahnke, is a junior at St. Xavier's High School and was selected as the JC Breakfast Optimist Club's Student of the Quarter from St. Xavier Catholic Schools in Junction City.&nbsp; 

Kassidy helps her father with the family farm and plans to go to Kansas State University after high school graduation to study Animal Science. She received a $25.00 gift certificate from JC's BBQ &amp; Grill and a framed certificate from the club.&nbsp;
