Spring sports practices will start on February 28th. We ask that you review the information below to help you prepare for the upcoming winter sports season. - If you have a student interested in participating in a spring sports program at Junction City High School, please register your student for participation through our online registration process. - Junction City High School – 7:00 1100 Blue Jay Way. (Information for the meeting is attached). This meeting will provide you and your student an opportunity to meet coaches and review expectations regarding their programs for the upcoming year. We will also cover tryout procedures. - Spring sports offered at Junction City High School are; Baseball, Boys Golf, Softball, Girls Soccer, Girls Swim, Boys Tennis, B/G Track. Spring sports will begin their first day of practice on Monday, February 28th.
- As part of the online registration process, you will need to upload a new sports physical FORM-PPE_Spring 2020 Update, FORM-PPE Physicals must be dated after May 1, 2021. Schedule physicals as soon as you possibly can.
- COVID
- Students must be enrolled and attending school in-person to be eligible for activities. Students attending virtual schools will not be eligible to compete in activities/athletics for USD 475.
- We continue to ask students to stay at home when feeling ill and practice best hygiene practices, including washing hands frequently and showering daily and after sports practices.
