Emergency Management has noted that freezing temperatures that are expected Friday night.
It is very important to disconnect your garden hose before cold weather arrives. Leaving your garden hose connected during freezing temperatures can cause your water pipes to freeze, burst and then flood your home.
Expect a taste of winter this weekend into next week. An upper level disturbance will bring a good chance for rain on Saturday, then the rain will mix with snow and sleet at times into Sunday morning. At this time any sleet or snow accumulations look to be minor, with only a dusting. Overnight lows will dip into the 20s and 30s Saturday and Sunday mornings. Expect a hard freeze Monday morning with lows in the teens and 20s. Highs will remain cold in the 30s to lower 40s, this weekend into next week.
