Fort Riley families will share their cultural customs and visitors will be able to dance, play games, do crafts, sample food and learn about Tae Kwon do on Sept. 27 at the Fort Riley Middle School multicultural fair.
According to Principal Kathleen Brennan, 20 different cultures will be represented. Those attending are encouraged to wear their favorite cultural dress.
The event is also aimed at connecting families with services on Fort Riley. Among the services to be showcased will be emergency services, which will provide a truck and equipment for families to see up close. There will also be a Chinook helicopter onsite.
