
The National Weather Service in Topeka is predicting a cooler, rainy Wednesday and Thursday, with a thunderstorm possible, as well.
After intermittent showers throughout the day possible Wednesday, the chances of rain increase in the early morning hours of Thursday. By Thursday morning, the chance of rain increases to 90 percent, the NWS said.
After a dry Friday, a 20 percent to 40 percent chance of rain returns Saturday.
The high temperatures the remainder of the week will be in the mid- to upper-40s.
