Sean Jones, Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)  at Fort Riley, was the guest speaker at the May 6 meeting of the JC Breakfast Optimist Club held at the Hampton Inn.  He explained that his role is to help soldiers find resources for their special needs child and family.  One of the annual events the EFMP staff and volunteers create for families is the Special Needs Rodeo.  This year the event will be held on July 18 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Geary County Fair Grounds on Spring Valley Road.   Each year the JC Breakfast Optimist Club makes it possible for each person who attends to have a t-shirt.
