Sean Jones, Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)&nbsp; at Fort Riley, was the guest speaker at the May 6 meeting of the JC Breakfast Optimist Club held at the Hampton Inn.&nbsp; He explained that his role is to help soldiers find resources for their special needs child and family.&nbsp;&nbsp;One of the annual events the EFMP staff and volunteers create for families is the Special Needs Rodeo.&nbsp; This year the event will be held on July 18 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Geary County Fair Grounds on Spring Valley Road.&nbsp; &nbsp;Each year the JC Breakfast Optimist Club makes it possible for each person who attends to have a t-shirt.&nbsp;
