
RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations after an arrest.
Just before 4:30p.m. Thursday police arrested Gary Bouck Jr, 51, of Manhattan on a Riley County District court warrant for distribute opiate/opium/narcotic/stimulant/heroin and use communication facility; attempted commission of felony drug violation, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
He has previous convictions for criminal use of a financial card, theft and drugs, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
Bouck is being held on a $25,000, according to the RCPD.
