An adjustment is made to the city commission agenda format

To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of regular Junction City Commission meetings, Interim City Manager Gerry Vernon said he has created a new agenda order that will follow this general guideline:

1. Call to Order

2. Consent Agenda

3. Agenda Item Comment – For those that have an item on the agenda and need to provide critical information to the Commission.

4. New Business

5. Commissioner Comments & Committee Reports

6. Staff Comments

7. Public Comment – For all other issues to bring forth to the Commission.

8. Adjournment
