Dorislene Price, 87, of Spearville, Kansas, formerly of Borger, Texas, Fritch, Texas, Great Bend, Kansas, and Junction City, Kansas, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Southwind at Spearville.

She was born on April 16, 1937, in Henrietta, Texas, the daughter of Roy Reuben (RR) Tilson and Robbie Mae (Payne) Tilson. She graduated from Borger High School in 1955 and then attended business college. She worked for several gas and oil companies and spent 17 years as an inventory manager for Dresser Industries. She was also a member of the Desk and Derrick Club.

She adored her family. She was a devout Christian, lifelong reader, and loved to play the piano and organ for her church communities. In her final years at Southwind, she treasured visits from family members, making new friends, playing bingo and cornhole, and watching the Game Show Network.

She married Wyndel Raymond Price on January 24, 1959, in Dumas, Texas. He preceded her in death on June 2, 2022.

Survivors include: one daughter, Beverly Temaat (Ron), Spearville, Kansas; one son, Brent Price (Jody), Ponca City, Oklahoma; four granddaughters, Stephanie Temaat, Denver, Colorado, Courtney Eldridge (Taylor), Wichita, Kansas, Rebecca Miller (Grant), Shawnee, Kansas, and Brittney Price, Wichita, Kansas; five great-grandchildren, Reese, Caio, Henry, Graham, and one on the way; one sister, Elaine Feese (Charlie), Olathe, Kansas; one brother, Leo Tilson (Hilda), Hackett, Arkansas; one sister-in-law, Pat Tilson, Whitney, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; three brothers, Lonnie Tilson, Finas Tilson, and Joe Tilson; and one sister-in-law, Nell Tilson.

Celebration of Life will take place on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors in Borger, Texas. Visitation will be held 4-6 pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 and again beginning at 9:30 am on Thursday with the service to begin at 10:00 am, with burial immediately following at Westlawn Memorial Park.
