Arts Council release
JUNCTION CITY, KS – The Junction City Arts Council is launching Arts on 7th, a free community arts and crafts event happening on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the 100 block of W. 7th Street in Junction City’s Arts District.
Arts on 7th will feature a variety of local artists, crafters, and makers offering handmade items and original artwork. In addition to vendor booths, there will be face painting, a kids’ Chalk Zone, and food vendors on site, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all ages.
“This event is about connecting people through creativity,” says Sherry Frewerd, Director of the Junction City Arts Council. “We’re excited to bring the community together to celebrate and support local talent.”
The event is made possible in part through the sponsorship of Junction City Wal-Mart.
Admission is free, and the street will be closed to vehicle traffic to ensure a safe and walkable space for visitors.
