A felony charge of Aggravated Assault against former Junction City Commissioner Al (Alovence) Gordon has been dimissed without prejudice in Geary County District Court. The dismissal occured during a District Court session on Tuesday.
Gordon was arrested in early November. On Tuesday he was released from bond in the case.
It was noted in court that under a dismissal without prejudice the state can refile the case in the future.
