RILEY COUNTY — Law enforcement are investigating a registered Kansas Offender on new allegations.
Just after noon Thursday, police arrested 54-year-old Adrian Watson of Manhattan in the 3100 block of Anderson Avenue, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Watson was arrested on the probable cause offense of driving while license cancelled and violation of the offender registration act.
Watson is being held on a bond of $5,750. He has been listed as a registered offender since 2012 after a conviction for attempted kidnapping in Manhattan in 2009, according to the Kansas Department Corrections.
