
The Junction City Rodeo will be held Friday night despite the afternoon rain. Rodeo officials confirmed the show will go on!

Geary County 4-H Fairgrounds Arena at 1025 Spring Valley Rd. will be the site of the Junction City Rodeo Friday and Saturday evenings. Cody Hutchinson, Rodeo Association Vice-President, said activities will range from bull riding and bronc riding to team roping. "It's an open rodeo. Anybody can come participate in it. "
Adult advance tickets are $9 at Messenger Total Promotions, Stacy's Restaurant and Rittels. For children 6-12 they are $4 and $5 at the gate. Children 5 and under admitted free.
Kraft Rodeo provides the livestock for the rodeo.
Friday evening is Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night and there will be a Special Needs Rodeo from 10 a.m. ten a.m. until noon Saturday.
