RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating alleged criminal use of a financial card in Manhattan.
Just after noon Tuesday, an 86-year-old man and woman reported an unknown suspect obtained their card number and used it without permission, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
