I.C.A. R.E. reports that Spring Valley Elementary first through third grade students made 150 Happy Easter Cards for their "senior buddies" at&nbsp;Valley View Senior Life, Brookdale Senior Living, 4H Senior Center, and those receiving Meals- On- Wheels.&nbsp;
