RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a shooting in Manhattan.
Just before a.m. Sunday, officers filed a report for criminal discharge of a firearm and criminal damage to property in the 400 block of S. 10th Street in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 38-year-old woman and Frontier Property Management reported an unknown suspect shot a gun multiple times hitting a house and a car.
No injuries were reported. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $2,500.
