Col. Laudino M. Castillo-Rojas, the former command surgeon for 21st Theater Sustainment Command at Panzer Kaserne, Germany, will take command of Irwin Army Community Hospital from COL Anthony D. Gray during a change of command ceremony on Monday at Fort Riley.
The Army said that the ceremony will begin at 10 a.m.
Col. Gray’s next assignment will be with G4, Logistics at U.S. Army Medical Command.
