If your kids love fire trucks, police cars, farm equipment, and big construction vehicles, this event is for you.
You can bring the whole family out for a hands-on day where kids can explore big trucks and emergency vehicles up close. This is a Touch-A-Truck family event where Kids will have a chance to climb in, look around, and see real working vehicles up close. Check out incredible vehicles like a DARE car, SWAT vehicle, fire truck, ladder truck, boat, tow truck, farm vehicles, K-9 vehicle and even a helicopter (vehicle line-up may vary).
The Dorothy Bramlage Public Library and 12th Street Commnity Center are teaming up.
There will be a special guest appearance by Willy the Wildcat from Kansas State University. Enjoy free face painting hot dog links, cotton candy & snow cones, family games & activities plus hard hats and safety vests for kids.
The eevent is scheduled from 10 a.m. to p.m. on Saturday at 1002 W. 12th Street.
