Setup begins for the WEEE Entertainment carnival for Freedom Fest JC in downtown Junction City.&nbsp;

WEEE Entertainment will operate during Freedom Fest JC in downtown Junction City. The trucks with the gear arrived Monday evening and streets near Heritage Park have been blocked off.

The carnival will be in operation Thursday evening through Monday.
