RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating alleged fraud in Manhattan.
Just after 11:30a.m. Wednesday, officers filed a report of fraud in the 2500 block of Stagg Hill Road, according to the Riley County Police Department Activity Report. Briggs Auto Group reported a known 61-year-old male suspect sold a vehicle to the dealership with a title that failed to indicate a bank lean.
The total estimated loss associated with this case is $30,000.
