RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Kansas felon on new allegations after an arrest.
Just after 6p.m. Thursday, police arrested 20-year-old Cristian Soto of Manhattan on requested charges that include multiple offenses of violation of the Offender Registration Act x 8.
In December of 2023, Soto was convicted of Aggravated Robbery; Armed w/ dangerous weapon, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
Soto is being held on a $60,000 bond, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
