RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities on Wednesday morning filed a report for property damage near the intersection of 3rd Street and Osage Place in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Werner Semi and the City of Manhattan reported a known suspect hit multiple street light posts. The estimated total loss associate with this case is $7,500.
