RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged vandalism.
On Friday, police arrested 42-year-old Justin Everett of Manhattan on his Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from Everett's failure to appear in court for an original arrest of criminal damage to property after it was reported he spray-painted a 39-year-old woman's trash can and yard, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Everett was issued a total bond of $20,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report
