According to the Geary County Sheriff's Department on Monday at 1120 a.m. Deputies responded to 4100 of Skiddy Road for a two-vehicle, injury accident. John Powers of Junction City was backing out of a private driveway in a 2006 Hyundai Elantra when he struck a 2015 Chevy Silverado towing farm equipment. The Chevy Silverado was headed northbound and being driven by Daniel Bachura of Council Grove.
All reported injuries were treated at the scene. Vehicles were removed from the scene by TLC Wrecker.
