Paint the Town Blue parade and Spirit Rally took place on Saturday morning

On Saturday morning Junction City Main Street kicked off homecoming week with their Paint the Town Blue rally. 

At 10:00 a.m. a community parade started at 10th and Washington and then turned west to Jefferson. There were several floats in the parade, including a float carrying the Blue Jay football team. Several other clubs and organizations were featured in the parade, including JROTC and the Junction City High School marching band.

Following the parade, there was a spirit rally and other activities for everyone to enjoy. The Paint the Town Blue event was put on by Junction City Main Street.
