Junction City Mayor Pat Landes noted Tuesday he is waiting for a plan from staff for Helland Park, which is located in the west central part of the city.
City Manager Allen Dinkel said an ARPA list will be brought to the commission at a meeting in the near future.
Landes said that there is a lot to do not only in cleanup but to make the site a park. There is 53 acres at the location..
