Junction City Commissioners have awarded the bid for the 2024 street maintenance program to APAC-Kansas of Salina for $1,582,283.25.
Junction City Public Works Director Ray Ibarra confirmed that the work later this year will include overlay of 6th Street from Washington to Eisenhower, 16th Street from Jackson to Washington and Clay Street from 5th to 14th.
The funding for the work is in the street fund.
