*For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow is expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 to 40 mph will cause considerable blowing and drifting snow.
For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills are possible. Wind chills as low as 35 below zero. .Portions of north central and northeast Kansas.
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
