Today, October 31st, bring your kids in costume to the JCPD for some pre-Witches Wail trick-or-treating fun. Remember, official trick-or-treating hours are from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. At 8:00 PM sharp, the Witches' Wail will sound throughout the city, signaling the end of trick-or-treating.
