
RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged motorcycle thefts.
Between July 25 and July 31, officers filed reports of three separate motorcycle thefts that occurred in Manhattan, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
Just before 4p.m. Thursday, police arrested 32-year-old Bradley Sutton of Topeka in the 1700 Block of Fair Lane in Manhattan. He is being held on a $16,000 bond on requested charges that include three counts of counts of theft (value $1,500-$25,000) and one of count of fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer.
Sutton has previous convictions that include theft, burglary and flee or elude law enforcement, according to the Kansas Dept. of Corrections
