The Lady Jay tennis team competed in the Olathe Northwest Quadrangular Friday night at the College Boulevard Activity Center.   Coach Matt Mikheel said the Lady Jays found a lot of success early against Gardner Edgerton as they won all of the #1 and #2 spots in singles and doubles.  In the 2nd round, the Lady Jays split with Shawnee Mission West, winning at #1 singles and #2 and #3 doubles.  Olathe Northwest won all of the matches in the third round against the Lady Jays.

Abby Ratts went 2-1 at the top singles spot, while Hannah Ratts and Grace Harris also went 2-1 in the #2 doubles position.  At number one doubles Stephanie Stanislow and Avery Jacobsen went 1-2 and Rachel Cho also went 1-2 on the night.  The other victory came from Rachel Robinsky and Rebecca Monroe at the number 3 doubles position.  Kylee Powell also competed at each of the #3 spots on the night.

The Lady Jays next host a home quadrangular at the former JCHS tennis courts on Monday, September 20.  Matches will start at 3 pm.
