Geary County Sheriff's Office
On Thursday night at 8:29 p.m., Deputies from the Geary County Sheriff's Office responded to the K-18 Bypass mile marker 177 for a multiple vehicle accident. Trisha Kiser of Delphos, KS was traveling east in a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox when she struck Jenee Martin of Manhattan, KS in a 2022 Buick Encore. The collision caused Martin to strike Rodney Young of Junction City in a 2014 Ford F-150. Martin and Young were stopped awaiting a vehicle turning left onto I-70.
Minor injuries were reported. Kiser and a juvenile were transported to Stormont Vail Health Flint Hills Campus in Junction City for medical treatment. The Buick and Chevrolet were removed by Bud’s Wrecker.
