Alexandera Annetta Espinosa Cain, age 53, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024, Topeka, Kansas. She was born on July 14, 1970, to Tennyson B. Smith, Sr. and Connie (Trice) Smith, Gary, Indiana.
Alexandera was a U.S. Army Veteran, serving from 1988 to 1996. She then went on to marry her husband, Edward Cain, in 2007, Manhattan, Kansas.
Survivors include her children, Deron (Amber) Freeman, Florida, Milon Espinosa, Virginia, Desiree Cain and her fiancé, Cameron Palmer, Kansas, Edward Cain III, Kansas; her mother, Connie; brothers, William (Sheila) Smith, Desmond L. (Natasha) Trice, Tennyson B. (Meka) Smith II; sisters, Teesa M (Christopher) Stewart, Tinna B. Smith; two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward; and her father, Tennyson, Sr.
A Graveside service with military honors will be held at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery at Fort Riley at 11: 00 a.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2024, with her brother, Pastor Tennyson Smith II presiding.
