The annual Downtown Junction City Beautification Event is scheduled on April 20th from 8 a.m. until noon.
The coordinator for the event, Phyllis Fitzgerald, said participants should meet at the north side of Bella's parking lot.
The plan is to prepare the flower beds for planting by Blueville Nursery. Tasks will include but are not limited to removing old mulch, pulling weeds, laying new mulch, trimming bushes and removal of trash.
