Law enforcement members support Special Olympics

 Polar Plunge was held at Tuttle Creek State Park on Saturday.  According to the JCPD approximately 90 participants across 12 teams came together and raised over $15,000 for the Special Olympics of Kansas with this year's fundraiser.

Junction City Police Department's team showed up in style rocking black and blue tutus, and there was a thank you to the Geary county Sheriffs Office Junction City Fire Department/EMS joint dive team that was on scene for the event to keep all participants safe.
