Beginning Monday, Oct. 5 the Washington Street Bridge near Trooper Gate will be closed to traffic through May 1, 2027.
According to Junction City Public Works, during the closure, the Republican Riverwalk Trail will also be inaccessible from Washington Street
Officials appreciate your patience as crews work to restore the bridge and reopen trail access as quickly as possible.
