RILEY COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 12:30p.m. January 9, in Riley County.
According to the Riley County Police Department activity report, a 2023 Jeep Compass driven by Glen Milheim, 77, of Junction City, struck a pedestrian on a bicycle, Nataniel Ervin, 54, of Ogden, at the intersection of Anderson Ave. and Waters Street.
EMS transported Ervin to Irwin Army Community Hospital for his injuries. Milheim was issued a citation for failing to yield at a stop sign.
