Athletic awards presentations were part of the Senior Night ceremony at Junction City High School Wednesday evening.
The Bert McKinsey Award that is presented annually to the senior male athlete / letter winner who has contributed the most to the overall athletic program during their high school career was presented to Truman Fortner. The Kim Kilpatrick Award goes to the senior female athletic / letter winner who contributed the most to the overall athletic program during her high school career. This year the recipient was Cassidy Miller.
The Mike Champ Award went to Nicole Green for the girls and Deantae Battiste for the boys.
The awards ceremony was held in the auditorium at JCHS.
