The Flint Hills Discovery Center Foundation announces its sixth annual signature fundraising event, Bison, Beef & Bourbon to be held on Thursday, October 23, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at The Stanley Stout Center, 2200 Denison Ave, Manhattan.
Bison, Beef & Bourbon is an exciting evening of food, drinks, and entertainment. The event features tasty bison and beef cuisine, including Bison Tenderloin and Hand Carved K.C. Strip, complimentary drinks including Horse Soldier Bourbon, Boot Hill Distillery Bourbon, Speedtrap Distillery, J.Rieger & Co. and cocktails, Radius Brewing beer, and wine from The Fridge. Musical entertainment is provided by Jeff Davidson, and guests can experience cigar rolling demonstrations by Ethereal Cigars.At the event, guests can bid on exclusive items during a silent and live auction. All auction proceeds will benefit the Flint Hills Discovery Center Foundation in its support of youth educational initiatives at the Discovery Center, with this year’s focus being the Outdoor Classroom Renovation Project.
