USD 475 Board of Education news this week:
--Dr. Beth Hudson, Thomas Wesoloski and Mark Hatcher took their oaths of office for a new four year term.
--The Board approved a Title I teacher development specialist position for this school year.
--Approved a request for an asssistant principal at Morris Hill Elementary School this school year
--There have been requests to live stream BOE meetings. The District recently halted that practice. But Board member Mark Hatcher asked if they could at least look at live streaming the school boared meetings.
--As the Army prepares for upcoming deployments from Fort Riley housing occupancy on Post was reported strong at 97.6% right now.
