Fort Riley combined graduation ceremony will be held at the Cavalry Parade Field on Thursday at 9 a.m.
2020 and 2021 graduates of military-affiliated higher and technical education programs will participate to honor graduates of on-post and distance learning higher-education institutions: They include Barton Community College, Central Michigan University, Central Texas College, Hutchinson Community College, Kansas State University, Southwestern College, University of Mary and Upper Iowa University.
The combined graduation ceremony is hosted by Fort Riley Education Services to honor and support graduates and their families and inspire Soldier, family members and Army civilians to continue pursuing higher education. Attendance at the event is limited to two people per graduate. Due to COVID mitigation efforts, the event is not open to the public beyond invited guests.
