RILEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating alleged criminal damage to property in Riley County.
A 52-year-old man reported an unknown suspect drove through his soybean fields in the 5500 and 6400 blocks of Anderson Ave. and 2600 block of W. 62nd St. damaging the crops, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
The total estimated loss associated with this case is approximately $1,650. Anyone with information can contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
