RILEY COUNTY —Victor Schmidt, 29, of Spearville, Kansas was arrested while at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center after being extradited from Pennsylvania on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated sexual battery; force or fear, according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
On May 25, Schmidt was booked into the Centre County Correctional Facility in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, according to online jail records.
The original case was reported in November 2022. Schmidt remains jailed on a total bond of $100,000, according to the RCPD.
