James Patrick Casey, 70, of Junction City, KS, passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Geary Community Hospital. Cremation has will take place. No memorial service is planned at this time. He was born on January 28, 1951, in Le Havre, France the son of Joseph Andrew and Shirley (Bemis) Casey. James served in the United States Army. He later worked for the Public Works Department at Fort Riley, Kansas. He was a member of the Elks Lodge #1037 in Junction City, KS.
