St. Francis Xavier Parish is hosting Prayer & Action for the next three weeks in July. Recruitment and Marketing spokesperson Kristel Jahnke said that this is a program where high school students along with sponsors will paint, clean, do yard work and perform other meaningful tasks for the poor, handicapped and the elderly in the community.
Other parishes within the Salina diocese has been invited to bring students to participate in the program as well.
