GEARY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities investigating a case of alleged domestic have made an arrest.
On Tuesday, the The Geary County sheriff's office reported they were attempting to locate 35-year-old David Paul Jones.
Prior to his arrest, deputies said Jones was seen in the area of the Otter Creek Bridge on Lyons Creek Road.
Jones was wanted in Dickinson County for Domestic Battery and ran from local law enforcement when located in Geary County and is being held in Geary County, according online jail records.
