At Tuesday's meeting of the Junction City Council, the city will consider assistance for a proposed housing development that would add 36 units of multi-family housing.
The development — Jackson Landing — is planned for the northeast corner of North Jackson and West 14th. Affordable Equitable Partners Inc. is pursuing a low-income housing credit for the project, and is requesting the city waive approximately $20,000 in building permit fees.
City Manager Allen Dinkel is recommending the city approve the waiver.
Tuesday's meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
